If Our Beloved Bamboo Could Talk

If Our Beloved Bamboo Could Talk

I started life as a little sapling in the beautiful land of Turkey.

I grew taller than all the other plants under the warm, nurturing sunshine, needing very little attention or water and absolutely no chemicals or pesticides.

When the time was right, I was harvested. My destiny was always to be of use to mankind and womankind.  Because of my unique cell structure, I can be as strong as steel to build the tallest tower, and as soft as cashmere and silk when spun into fabric.

I started life as a little sapling in the beautiful land of Turkey.

When the time was right, I was harvested. My destiny was always to be of use to mankind and womankind.  Because of my unique cell structure, I can be as strong as steel to build the tallest tower, and as soft as cashmere and silk when spun into fabric.

I couldn't have been happier to learn that my purpose was to help heal, soothe, and comfort women.  I was chosen to be woven into a wonderful fabric, that is used to create beautifully soft and comfortable underwear for women’s bodies.

Every day, I am helping women recover after surgery, helping to heal their wounds and sensitive skin, keeping them cool when things get hot, and gently hugging the baby bump of a mother-to-be, stretching as her body needs me to.

Knowing that my special innate qualities make me naturally antibacterial, hypo-allergenic, UV resistant, highly wickable, and thermally regulating, the clever women at  Bodiology wanted to prove that I had healing properties too, which they did. (link to study)

I am certainly a very proud bamboo. I am helping to heal and comfort women and improve their quality of life in so many ways, throughout their lifelong health journey.

It feels so good to have a purpose and to positively impact the lives of women around the world!

After all, bamboo may be wonderful, but so are women 💚
